Innovations for German Road Construction
Soil enhancement with ETONIS ® is already being used to successfully stabilize rural roads and parking lots. Should modification with ETONIS ® polymer meet the high expectations here, this could prove to be a major milestone in road construction. For it would then be possible to produce a flexible, durable road substructure with locally available soil material. The benefits: less outlay on repairs, lower material and transport costs and less time stuck in traffic jams.
The video shows how WACKER worked with experienced partners to demonstrate the material properties of concrete admixtures based on ETONIS ® 1400 S on the A 61 freeway at Boppard in Germany.
