Thermally conductive silicones are indispensable for effective cooling of electrical components. The Munich based WACKER Group supplies non-crosslinked paste-like silicones in the form of gels, adhesives, sealants or encapsulants for liquid metering.

On Monday evening, Dr. Christian Hartel of WACKER’s Executive Board and Angela Wörl, head of HR, accepted the ‘Successful. Family-Friendly’ award from Franz Josef Pschierer (left), Bavaria’s Minister of Economic Affairs, and Kerstin Schreyer (right), Minister of Labor and Family Affairs.

The designation “eco” means that the company only uses renewable raw materials and silicon in the production of its silicone fluids for cosmetic applications known by the brand name BELSIL®.
