有机硅弹性体

硅橡胶有别于其它橡胶的地方在于其独特的整体性能。硅橡胶可以是即用型的(液体硅橡胶、高温硫化硅橡胶),也可以是固体的,后者可添入固化剂和助剂(如涂料)使用。硅橡胶的主要加工工艺为挤出成型、模塑(注射成型、传递模塑)、压缩成型及压延。
硅橡胶不同于其它橡胶的最重要的特性包括:
- 在具备低温柔韧性的同时具有优异的耐高温性
- 压缩形变率极低
- 耐化学性及耐候性强
- 表面具有疏水性
- 在具有足够耐油性的前提下,可在大跨度温度范围内保持很好的机械性能
- 无异味,无嗅味
- 具有生物相容性
- 纯度非常高
