硅油的改性

最常见的硅氧烷主链改性方式有以下两种：

  1. 采用更长的烷基链代替甲基基团接入硅氧烷主链

通过上述方式，憎水性硅油可转变为具有一定亲水性的分子。

巨乳液和微乳液

硅油乳液大体可分为两种类型：

  1. 粒度介于100纳米到几微米之间的巨乳液通常呈不透明状，即乳白色。

为了生产性能稳定的有机硅乳液，需在硅油液滴表面覆盖表面活性剂（乳化剂）。这种乳化剂的亲脂端或亲油端朝向硅油液滴，中间的亲水性部分则使乳液能够溶于水。

憎水性和化学结构
