瓦克的SILRES®系列为硅树脂。硅树脂属于有机硅氧烷，含有主要由三官能性或四官能性单元组成的不规则的三维网状结构。

由于硅氧键的键能极高，这些有机硅氧烷非常稳定。硅树脂可与众多有机聚合物混合使用，因此可根据具体应用定制硅树脂的各种性能，例如：固化特性、柔韧性、附着力以及耐候性。

SILRES®硅树脂有多种不同的产品形式可选：

  • 硅树脂乳液
  • 硅树脂溶液
  • 硅树脂共聚物

与硅原子键合的有机取代基可以进行调整，以提供重要的宏观性能。

硅树脂乳液

硅树脂乳液可以在矿物建筑基材和涂料表面形成具有耐候性和憎水性的稳定三维网状结构，该结构可通过强有力的化学键，牢牢地附着在矿物基材表面。作为砌体保护应用中的基料，硅树脂乳液的这种网状结构是其具有广泛用途的关键因素。如今，随着消费者对产品在环保和用户友好方面的要求越来越高——即它们的挥发性有机化合物（VOC）含量必须较低——水性耐热涂料的重要性正在与日俱增。相较于那些采用传统溶剂型树脂配制的涂料，使用硅树脂乳液配制的涂料的挥发物含量要低得多。

硅树脂溶液

传统硅树脂解决方案的操作非常简单，因为他们可以在空气中快速干燥，并提供良好的附着力和初始硬度。不过，如需配制高固含量的涂料，我们也可以提供低溶剂型硅树脂产品。此外，硅树脂解决方案主要用于耐热涂料和耐候面涂。

硅树脂共聚物

采用硅树脂对有机树脂，特别是醇酸、聚酯、环氧和丙烯酸树脂进行改性，可以极大地提高它们的性能。这样，采用硅树脂共聚物生产的涂料的耐热性、耐候性和耐紫外线辐射性均可以得到不同程度的提升，具体取决于有机树脂的类型。此外，因使用寿命较长，这些涂料对于终端客户而言更为经济高效。
