NEXIVA® powder paint 200 is a powder architectural paint, water dispersible, that offers paint manufactures the possibility of making their supply chain more flexible, with reduced operating costs, without compromising the applications and shelf life of the product. Eigenschaften

NEXIVA® powder paint 200 provides the following advantages to paint manufacturers:

  • NEXIVA® powder paint 200 is a formulated architectural powder paint based on vinyl acetate-ethylene.
  • It is compliant with ABNT NBR 15709-1 as a premium grade.
  • As vinyl acetate-ethylene polymers don’t require the use of coalescent for film forming, NEXIVA® powder paint 200 is formulated in a very low VOC level (<1g/L).
  • The absence of water of NEXIVA® powder paint 200 allow for easier storage (even under challenging climatic conditions) and simpler and safer handling (lower weight and easier clean-up if spilled).

The paint must be prepared only in the amount necessary for application. Dilution is carried out in two steps:

  • Initial paint dispersion at a ratio of 3kg of powder paint to 2L of water and mixing at high speed (~1200rpm) for 5 minutes.
  • Final dilution for the application of 30% of the pre-dispersed paint. Ready-to-use paint will have a solids content of about 50%.
  • Immediate application is recommended, avoiding storage of diluted paint.

With a bag of NEXIVA® Powder Paint 200 it is possible to prepare approximately 40L of ready-to-use paint.

NEXIVA® powder paint 200 is supplied 25 kg paper bags.

Lagerung

Das Produkt ist während der Lagerung vor der Einwirkung von Feuchtigkeit zu schützen. Eine längere Lagerung bei Temperaturen über 30°C, auch in Verbindung mit Druckbelastung, Feuchtigkeit oder Sonneneinstrahlung, kann zur Verblockung führen. Offene Gebinde sollten sorgfältig verschlossen und ebenfalls entsprechend gelagert werden. Daher empfiehlt sich ein Lagerhaus, in dem das Produkt kühl und trocken aufbewahrt werden kann. Lagern Sie das Produkt nicht länger als sechs Monate, beginnend mit dem Eingangsdatum, es sei denn, das Analysezertifikat enthält ein anderes Datum, welches dann Vorrang hätte. Eine Lagerung über den empfohlenen Zeitpunkt hinaus bedeutet nicht, dass das Produkt unbrauchbar geworden ist. Eine Überprüfung der für den vorgesehenen Einsatzzweck erforderlichen Eigenschaften durch den Anwender ist dann jedoch ratsam.
