SEMICOSIL® 9673 TC is a thermally conductive gap filler silicone material used as heat sink application for the electronic industrie.
Properties
SEMICOSIL® 9673 TC is a shear-thinning, non-slump, addition-curing, two part silicone gap filler that cures at room temperature to a soft gel with excellent thermal conductivity.

- Shear thinning for easy pumping & dispensing
- No oil bleeding
- Low modulus material for shear stress reduction
- Reduced density
- Low volatile D4-D8 < 100ppm
- UL 94 V-0
- Excellent low and high temperature properties from – 40 °C to +130 °C

Storage
SEMICOSIL® 9673 TC has a shelf life of at least
3 months when stored between 5 °C and 30 °C in the originally sealed container. The 'Best use before end' date of each batch appears on the product label.
Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
