POWERSIL® 354 MH is a peroxide crosslinking HCR rubber with excellent electrical as well as excellent mechanical properties especially suitable for outdoor applications in T&D.

POWERSIL® 354 MH is especially designed for T&D applications. Because of its excellent mechanical properties POWERSIL® 354 MH is prone for use in "cable accessories" applications.
POWERSIL® 354 MH can be easily processed like other standard HCR grades. A profitable processing is easygoing for POWERSIL® 354 MH is shipped ready-to-use.
Press-moulding and injection-moulding are suitable for POWERSIL® 354 MH for vulcanizing.
Processing temperature depends on e.g. the peroxide used and the design of the articles. After vulcanizing post curing of the parts is highly recommended at a temperature of about 150°C up to 200°C, depending on the thickness.
While post curing be careful to have sufficient ventilation in the ventilating ovens.

Lagerung
Please store the cardboard boxes in a dry and cool place. Already opened boxes should be closed again to avoid any contamination.
The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label.
Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
