SILRES® BS 32
SILRES® BS 32 is an aqueous silicone emulsion. Diluted with water, it enhances the color of vertical mineral surfaces and results in excellent water and dirt repellency. SILRES® BS 32 works excellently on many different mineral substrates such as: fired clay, slate, cotto, granite, marble and many more.
SILRES® BS 32 is suitable for the colour intensification of mineral substrates indoors.
特性
SILRES® BS 32 is used to intensify the color tone of mineral surfaces. Treatment with water diluted SILRES® BS 32 also makes it easier to clean off oil- and water-based dirt.
• Formulated to impart an enhanced appearance on stone and natural tile substrates.
• Hardened SILRES® BS 32 is UV stable and provides excellent water repellency to reduce cracking, spalling, freeze/thaw damage, chemical degradation, biological growth, efflorescence, and dirt pickup, thereby lengthening substrate life and reducing maintenance costs.
• Coatings are vapor permeable to resist cracking, peeling and blistering.
• Easy remove of stains with a tissue.
• One coat sufficient. Several coats possible.
• Solvent dilutable and environmental friendly.
• Superior storage stability including freeze/thaw stability for ease of use. Water and stain repellency to mineral substrates while providing an enhanced look. SILRES® BS 32 works well on a wide variety of mineral substrates commonly used in the tile industry including tumbled marble, limestone, slate and saltillo clay tile.
数据表
The surface to be treated should be cleaned with common cleaning agents to remove dust, dirt (old coatings, oils, greases) and efflorescence.
SILRES® BS 32 should be applied undiluted up to a maximum of 1:1 diluted with water to achieve an intensive color enhancing effect.
SILRES® BS 32 can be applied with a soft, lint-free cloth, sponge or brush. 5 to 45 minutes after application, the excess should be removed with a lintless cloth to obtain a uniform surface.
Before using the treated surface should be allowed to dry for 24h.
Surfaces treated with SILRES® BS 32 can easily be recoated with solvent-based coatings.
Before carrying out the entire application, a test area should be created to check whether the desired effect can be achieved.
