SILRES® MPF 52 E

SILRES® MPF 52 E is a methoxy functional terminated silicone resin emulsion which contains methyl phenyl groups.


Properties

SILRES® MPF 52 E is mixable with organic water-borne binders to formulate heat- or weathering resistant coatings.

Special features:

  • good heat stability
  • fast air drying
  • good hardness
  • mixable with organic binders
  • improve weather resistance

Example formulations are available on request.

Before use, SILRES® MPF 52 E has to be stirred well.

  • muffler, exhaust pipe system
  • furnaces
  • oven, stoves
  • stacks
  • fire places
  • flues
  • pots and pans
  • exterior metal coatings

Storage

The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label.

Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
