PULPSIL® 910 S

PULPSIL® 910 S ist ein wasserdispergierbares, hydrolysestabiles Silicontensid auf Basis eines polyethermodifizierten Siliconöls.

PULPSIL® 910 S kann leicht in Wasser dispergiert werden. Es wird empfohlen, das Wasser vorzulegen und PULPSIL® 910 S langsam einzurühren.

 

PULPSIL® 910 S wurde für den Einsatz in der Zellstoff- und Papierindustrie entwickelt.

 

PULPSIL® 910 S:

  • erhöht die Wirksamkeit von Papierentlüftern bei Zugabemengen von 1,0 - 10,0 % bezogen auf Entlüfter-Wirkstoff.

 

  • verbessert die Entwässerung / Entlüftung im Pulp-Prozess bei folgenden Dosiermengen:

Hardwood: 0,02 - 0,10 % bezogen auf Fasern

Softwood: 0,2 - 1,0 % bezogen auf Fasern

 

  • wirkt oberhalb des Trübungspunktes auch als Verstärker von Zellstoffentschäumern bei Dosiermengen von 2,0 - 20 % bezogen auf Entschäumerwirkstoff.
