ELASTOSIL® RT 745 T A/B KR

ELASTOSIL® RT 745 T A/B KR is a pourable, thermally curable, addition curing, two-part silicone rubber.


Properties

  •  two-part, 1 : 1 mixing ratio
  •  very low hardness
  •  low risk of inhibition
  •  rapid heat cure
  •  primerless adhesion

Caution: 

Only components A and B with the same lot number may be processed together!
Curing time, 1cm thickness:

  • 60min at 80°C
  • 10min at 120°C
  • 5min at 150°C

The A-component is strongly recommended to be homogenised prior to use in case a brownish sediment of catalyst occurs. Without homogenisation, the material still reaches the properties according to the specification as cured, however the curing time at temperatures below 120°C time may be prolonged

 

 

Storage

The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label. Storage beyond the date specified on thelabel does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for theintended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
