LIOSIL® FC 3300 E ist ein nichtionogenes Emulsionskonzentrat eines funktionellen Siliconöls, speziell für den Einsatz in Haushaltsweichspülern.

LIOSIL® FC 3300 E wird mit konventionellen Wäscheweichspülern kombiniert und verbessert das Wirkungsprofil des Weichspülers.

LIOSIL® FC 3300 E lässt sich leicht in den Weichspüler stabil einmischen. Durch die ausgesuchte Funktionalität von LIOSIL® FC 3300 E wird die Hydrophilie der Gewebe signifikant verbessert, wodurch eine gute Saugfähigkeit erreicht wird.

LIOSIL® FC 3300 E steigert die Weichmachereigenschaften des Weichspülers und die Wäsche bekommt einen deutlich weicheren, angenehmen Weichgriff.

Verarbeitung
LIOSIL® FC 3300 E wird vorzugsweise am Ende der Weichspülerherstellung durch sanftes Rühren eingemischt.

Beispiel für eine Weichspülerrezeptur mit LIOSIL® FC 3300 E:

  • 92,2 Teile vollentsalztes Wasser (50°C) vorlegen
  • 6,5 Teile Esterquat (50°C) unter Rühren langsam zugeben bis eine homogene Mischung entstanden ist
  • q.s. Duftstoff, Farbstoff, Konservierer zugeben
  • 1,3 Teile LIOSIL® FC 3300 E einrühren bis die Formulierung homogen ist.

Dosierempfehlungen: Ca. 0,5 - 2 % LIOSIL® FC 3300 E in der Weichspülerformulierung

Der Anteil von LIOSIL® FC 3300 E im Weichspüler richtet sich nach den gewünschten Effekten. Auf Wunsch kann der Anteil an organischem Weichspülerwirkstoff mit steigender LIOSIL® FC 3300 E- Menge reduziert werden.

Storage

Das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum der jeweiligen Charge ist auf dem Produktetikett angegeben.

Eine Lagerung über den auf dem Produktetikett angegebenen Zeitraum hinaus bedeutet nicht notwendigerweise, dass die Ware unbrauchbar ist. Eine Überprüfung der für den jeweiligen Einsatzzweck erforderlichen Eigenschaftswerte ist jedoch in diesem Falle aus Gründen der Qualitätssicherung unerlässlich.
