ADVALON® FL 51 BR
Functional organic silicone fluid for lubrication of synthetic threads for sewing.
Properties
ADVALON® FL 51 BR offers significant results in the final finishing of sewing threads, improving their sliding properties and increasing heat resistance.
ADVALON® FL 51 BR increases sewability while reducing the amount of yarn breakage and increasing its shine.
Its appearance may change depending on the ambient temperature, above 25ºC its appearance is clear and colorless, below this temperature its appearance becomes cloudy.
In general, an application of 2 to 5% of ADVALON® FL 51 BR is sufficient to obtain optimal effects, however, these dosages should be adjusted according to the type of wire and machine used.

Storage
ADVALON® FL 51 BR should be stored in a closed container in a cool, well-ventilated place.
ADVALON® FL 51 BR has a shelf life of at least 12 months if stored in its properly sealed original packaging at 25°C.
If the material exceeds the recommended shelf life, it should not necessarily be discarded, however, quality control tests should be carried out on the characteristics relevant to the application. The expiry date is on the label of each pack. If the product in stock expires for quality reasons, a re-analysis is required to check that all the required product properties continue to meet the specifications.
