WETSOFT® LV 1012 BR
WETSOFT® LV 1012 BR is a silicone fluid Self-emulsifying aminofunctional polyether, with low volatile content.
Properties
WETSOFT® LV 1012 BR provides a touch extra soft and smooth and due to its nature Hydrophilic greatly increases the comfort of fabrics. The hydrophilic properties are the result of the Special guide WETSOFT® LV 1012 BR on the fiber surface. This allows unrestricted moisture transport into the fabric. Along with the excellent touch, which is performance high-quality fabric softeners. Because of their oriented surface softness and smoothness they are particularly suitable for knits and piles, where the hydrophilic properties are important.
The WETSOFT® LV 1012 BR can be used by impregnation or exhaustion, in its original form, diluted or as a component of formulations with organic softeners, such as grease or other finishing agents. As it is a self-emulsifying product, the product it can be easily diluted in water. It is imperative that the compatibility of WETSOFT® LV 1012 BR in formulations with different raw materials is tested for each specific case. To comply with the labeling requirements of textile-related certification, WETSOFT® LV 1012 BR contains less than 1000 ppm each one of D4, D5 and D6.

WETSOFT® LV 1012 BR is used for the treatment of all types of textile fibers. On hydrophilic substrates, such as cellulosics, hydrophilic properties are generally not affected, while on hydrophobic substrates as a polyester, it generally exhibits good enhancement of hydrophilic properties.
WETSOFT® LV 1012 BR provides fabrics and have a silky smooth and extremely soft fabric. When applied under normal conditions, the product does not affect the color tone or fastness of red elements.
Per foulard we recommend using 10 to 30g per L of WETSOFT® LV 1012 BR and for depletion of 1 to 3% of the weight of the material.
Storage
WETSOFT® LV 1012 BR has a pot life of no minimum 12 months if stored in your original packaging at 25ºC. expiration date of each lot is shown on the label of each product. If the material has been kept beyond its useful life as recommended on the product label, it should not be discarded, but a quality control should be carried out in order to check if the product remains within the shelf life. specifications and if the performance of your application has not undergone any change
