ELASTOSIL® R 570/70 OH

ELASTOSIL® R 570/70 OH is a peroxide curing HCR silicone rubber for the manufacture of electrically conductive products.


特性

This product is electrically conductive and shows a low volume resistivity.

 

This product can be used within a temperature range of - 55 °C to + 210 °C.

 

 

ELASTOSIL® R 570/70 OH is not suitable for vulcanisation using crosslinker E.

 


 

ELASTOSIL® R 570/70 OH的特殊性能

  • Electrically conductive

Control elements for cable accessories, contacts and keypads, interconnectors, electrically conductive rollers, electrodes.

The raw rubber requires the addition of peroxides for vulcanization at elevated temperatures. A homogeneous incorporation is a must to maintain best processing behavior. Pot life is depending on the used peroxide and storage condition. Please consider the technical data sheet of the corresponding curing agent.

 


IMPORTANT: in order to produce a ready-to-use-compound, an increased concentration of peroxide is needed.
ELASTOSIL® R 570/70 OH can be crosslinked with 3.0 % crosslinker C1 or crosslinker C6. Crosslinker E is not suitable!

包装

This product is available in 20 kg and 540 kg cardboard packaging.

Special delivery forms are possible but depend on several technical and commercial aspects. Please contact your local sales manager in such cases.

储存

Please store the cardboard boxes in a dry and cool place. Already opened boxes should be closed again to avoid any contamination. The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label. Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
