SG 3380

SG 3380 is a 100% polysiloxane polyethylene glycol copolymer. SG 3380 is a trisiloxane superwetting molecule having organofunctional groups in terminal positions with hydroxyl end capping.  Because of its special structure SG 3380 exhibits unique high surface activity, which allows it to spread effectively on nearly any surface. SG 3380 reduces the surface tension of aqueous and non-aqueous solutions and performs as a highly effective wetting agent. 

 



 

 

Storage

SG 3380 has a shelf life of at least 18 months if stored in originally sealed containers at 25 ºC or 70 ºF. The "Best use before end date" of each batch is shown on the Certificate of Analysis. Storage beyond the date specified on the Certificate of Analysis does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
