SILRES® REN 168 is a solid, silanol functional methylphenyl silicone resin recommended for the silicone modification of organic resins e.g. silicone polyester.

Is FDA 21 CFR 175.300 and BfR XV compliant.
Used as chemically bound intermediates in organic polymers.

SILRES® REN 168 is highly suitable for introducing a compatible silicone component into other binder systems to increase the weathering or heat resistance.
