ELASTOSIL® RT 745 T A/B

ELASTOSIL® RT 745 T A/B is a pourable, thermally curable, addition curing, two-part silicone rubber.


Eigenschaften

  •  two-part, 1 : 1 mixing ratio
  •  very low hardness
  •  low risk of inhibition
  •  rapid heat cure
  •  primerless adhesion
     

Caution: 

Only components A and B with the same lot number may be processed together!
Curing time, 1cm thickness:

  • 60min at 80°C
  • 10min at 120°C
  • 5min at 150°C

The A-component is strongly recommended to be homogenised prior to use in case a brownish sediment of catalyst occurs. Without homogenisation, the material still reaches the properties according to the specification as cured, however the curing time at temperatures below 120°C time may be prolonged
