SILRES® IC 836 is a solid, silanol functional phenyl silicone resin recommended for the silicone modification of organic resins.
Properties
Used to improve the weather and heat resistance of paints.
Is FDA 21 CFR 175.300 and BfR XV compliant.
Used as chemically bound intermediates in organic polymers.

SILRES® IC 836 is highly suitable for introducing a compatible silicone component into other binder systems to increase the weathering or heat resistance.
