ELASTOSIL® C 1500 US A/B CRT has been especially developed for the professional production of reusable silicone rubber vacuum bags, used for the production of composite parts.


ELASTOSIL® C 1500 US A/B CRT may be processed using a manual or pneumatic gun. It is supplied in a double cartridge and will be applied directly onto the tool. For larger amounts it may also be processed using a 2-component mixing and metering machine. We recommend to post-curing the vacuum bag for 2-3 hours at operating temperature, 200 °C max. Important The platinum catalyst is contained in component B. Caution Only components A and B with the same lot number may be processed together!

Storage


The "Best use before end date" of each batch is shown on the Certificate of Analysis. Storage beyond the date specified on the Certificate of Analysis does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
