POWERSIL® 440 MH

POWERSIL® 440 MH is a ready-to-use, electrically conductive silicone rubber grade for all types of moulding applications.

Specific features of POWERSIL® 440 MH

POWERSIL® 440 MH can be easily processed like other standard HCR grades. A profitable processing is easygoing as POWERSIL® 440 MH is shipped ready-to-use.

 

Press-moulding and injection-moulding are suitable for crosslinking POWERSIL® 440 MH. After vulcanizing, post curing of the parts is highly recommended at a temperature of 200 °C. While post curing be careful to have sufficient ventilation.

Storage

The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label.

 

Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
