PULPSIL® 831 E BR
PULPSIL® 831 BR is medium viscous, highly effective and low carry-over silicone defoamer emulsion, designed for hardwood and softwood black liquor in pulp mills.

PULPSIL® 831 E BR is characterised by:
- Very good handling;
- Excellent good long-term efficiency;
- Very good knock-down efficiency
- Universally applicable in diffetent types of black liquor.
PULPSIL® 831 E BR acts as an antifoam agent and may be added at various stages during the manufacturing process. PULPSIL® 831 E is mainly applied to pulp - washing and screening processes, but is also effective during bleaching and in waste water treatment. In general we recommend to stir the emulsion before use (approx. 3 minutes with a propeller stirrer at 200 - 400 rpm). But be cautious: too high shear can break the emulsion. The emulsion should be added undiluted, as it is already sufficiently dispersed by its emulsion form.

Storage
Store in a dry place between 15°C and 25°C and protect against direct sunlight.
Minimum short-time temperature allowed during storage and transportation: 0°C.
Maximum short-time temperature allowed during storage and transportation: 40°C.
The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label. Storage beyond the date specified on the
label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the
intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
