ELASTOSIL® P 7616-160 A/B is used for the production of external mammary prostheses with an outer skin of polyurethane film.
Component B must be homogenized thoroughly before use, since the color pigments tend to settle during prolonged storage. Components A and B are mixed in a ratio of 1 : 1, air bubbles have to be removed by evacuation.
Curing is preferably conducted at 120 °C / 1 h.

Important note:
The platinum catalyst is in component A.
Caution!
Only A and B components with the same batch number may be processed together!
Lagerung
The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label.
Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
