PULPSIL® 352
PULPSIL® 352 is a low viscous, relative alkaline resistant, highly efficient, solvent- and water free silicone antifoam concentrate, especially developed for application in foaming systems with high surfactant content and/or exposed to high shear stress.

PULPSIL® 352 is characterized by:
- good storage stability
- easy to use due to low viscosity
- very high effectiveness in heavily foaming systems (e.g. acacia), very high effectiveness when exposed to high shear forces, very high effectiveness in pulping processes with high soap content

PULPSIL® 352 should be added in neat form if high amounts of surfactants and/or high shear forces ensure a good dispersion.
Otherwise PULPSIL® 352 should be added in emulsion form, or we strongly recommend to use our PULPSIL® emulsions, which have been specifically developed for the needs of the pulping process.
The use as booster to organic defoamers is also possible, but sufficient compatibility of PULPSIL® 352 with the organic system has to be guaranteed.
The use of PULPSIL® 352 is recommended in neat form in processes, where high shear forces are encountered and where the foaming medium is rich in soaps.

The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label. Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons. If the product stands about for a longer time or if any separation appears, we recommend to mix the product up shortly.
