LIOSIL® FC 204 E is combined with conventional fabric softeners and improves their properties.
LIOSIL® FC 204 E is easy to mix with fabric softeners.
It improves their softening efficacy, making the fabrics significantly softer and more pleasant to the touch.
Additionally, LIOSIL® FC 204 E reduces the frictional forces of the iron, thereby making the fabrics significantly easier to iron.
Processing:
LIOSIL® FC 204 E is preferably mixed well with the softener agent at the start of fabric softener its production.
Example of fabric softener preparation with LIOSIL® FC 204 E
- To 6,5 parts Esterquat (50°C),
- add 1,3 parts LIOSIL® FC 204 E and mix well;
- slowly add 92,2 parts demineralized water (50°C) with stirring until the mixture is homogenous;
- add q.s. perfume, dye and preservative;
Dosage recommendation: Approx. 0,5 - 2 % in the fabric softener formulation;
The dosage of LIOSIL® FC 204 E in the fabric softener depends on the desired effects. If preferred, the quantity of organic softener can be reduced as the amount of LIOSIL® FC 204 E is increased.
