At 2023 HOTELEX Shanghai, WACKER launches a solid beverage product: CAVAMAX^{^®} Foam Topping Powder. The foam topping powder is the formulation containing cyclodextrin, which creates creamy and tasty foam toppings in combination with various drink bases such as water, juice, tea, milk, plant-based milk and others. The product is only available in China for the time being. 2023 HOTELEX Shanghai will be held in Shanghai, China, from May 29 to June 1, 2023.
