有机硅密封胶

有机硅密封胶的主要成分——聚二甲基硅氧烷的化学结构式
有机硅密封胶以单组分即用型产品的形式出售。其成分包含聚二甲基硅氧烷、交联剂、填料和助剂。产品喷涂后,在空气水分的作用下开始交联,并释放出副产品。涂抹后的硅橡胶表面先开始交联,形成一层表皮后,逐渐向内部固化。因使用的交联剂不同,固化时会释放少量胺、乙酸或醇等中性化合物。
