CAVAMAX® W7 / CITRAL Complex ist ein Beta-Cyclodextrin-Komplex aus Citral mit Beta-Cyclodextrin. Diese Einschlussverbindung wird von Wacker Chemie AG hergestellt. CAVAMAX® W7 / Citralkomplex zeichnet sich durch kontrollierte Freisetzung, Temperatur-, Licht- und Oxidationsstabilität sowie reduzierte Flüchtigkeit des Citrals aus. Citral ist ein bekanntes Terpen mit starker Zitronennote, das häufig und in vielfältiger Weise in Düften verwendet wird. Citral is a well-known terpene with a powerful lemon note and a wide range of uses in fragrances.

CAVAMAX® W7 CITRAL Complex stabilises Citral against temperature, light, oxidation and evapouration.  Complexation reduces volatility of Citral, and enables release of Citral via an equilibrium controlled process in water.

Storage

CAVAMAX® W7 CITRAL-COMPLEX hat bei Lagerung in geschlossenen Gebinden, trocken und bei Raumtemperatur, eine Mindesthaltbarkeit von 12 Monaten ab dem auf dem Lieferschein angegenen Datum. Eine Lagerung über den angegebenen Zeitraum hinaus bedeutet nicht notwendigerweise, daß die Ware unbrauchbar ist. Eine Überprüfung der für den jeweiligen Einsatzzweck erforderlichen Eingenschaftswerte ist jedoch in diesem Falle aus Gründen der Qualitätssicherung unerlässlich.
