Wacker® E60 1000

Wacker® E60 1000 is a 60% emulsion of a medium viscosity Polydimethylsiloxane fluid, using a nonionic surfactant system. Wacker® E60 1000 has been designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, furniture polish, automotive care, and other specialty product applications.

Wacker® E60 1000 has been designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, textile lubricants and softeners, automotive care, and other specialty product applications. It is an excellent product for a formulator who can easily repackage and sell at lower concentrations. It can be used in either the concentrated or diluted form and can be combined with many organic thread lubricants and softeners. In mold release applications, Wacker® E60 1000 is very effective at low dilution levels (0.5 - 2.0% silicone). It gives a very quick and easy release of rubber and plastic parts.

 

Storage

The "Best use before end date" of each batch is shown on the Certificate of Analysis. Storage beyond the date specified on the Certificate of Analysis does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
