WACKER® E60 100

Silicone Emulsion WACKER® E60 100 is a 60% emulsion of a low viscosity Polydimethylsiloxane fluid using a nonionic surfactant system. WACKER® E60 100 has been designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, furniture polish, automotive care, and other specialty product applications.

Silicone Emulsion WACKER® E60 100 has been designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, furniture polish, textile lubricants and softeners, automotive care, and other specialty product applications.  It can be used in either the concentrated or diluted form and can be combined with many organic thread lubricants and softeners.  In mold release applications, WACKER® E60 100 is very effective at low dilution levels (0.5 – 2.0% silicone).  It gives a very quick and easy release of rubber and plastic parts.

Storage

WACKER® E60 100 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in the original, closed containers between 10C (330F) and 320C (900F). The "Best use before end date" of each batch is shown on the Certificate of Analysis. Storage beyond the date specified on the Certificate of Analysis does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
