WACKER® FINISH WT 1650 LV is a non-reactive aminoethyl-aminopropylfunctional polydimethylsiloxane.

Properties

WACKER® FINISH WT 1650 LV is particularly suitable as active substance in softener formulations for the impregnation of
fibers and textiles.
WACKER® FINISH WT 1650 LV imparts a very soft, drapable, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics. WACKER®
WACKER® FINISH WT 1650 LV is considered to be the best softening agent for PES - knitwear.
WACKER® FINISH WT 1650 LV improves the wash-and-wear properties and the crease recovery angle, sewability and tear
strength and reduces abrasion loss. The effects are fast to washing and dry cleaning.
WACKER® FINISH WT 1650 LV has little effect on the degree of whiteness in a softener formulation when usual application conditions are adhered to. As a rule no adverse effect on the the shade or colour fastness properties of coloured goods is
observed.

WACKER® FINISH WT 1650 LV can be used as sole active substance in softener emulsions or in combination with other
components, e.g. paraffines, esters of fatty acids, etc. Compatability of the components has to be checked in each
individual case.
