WACKER® AKF 300

WACKER® AKF 300 is noted for its very low volatile content, high purity and excellent release properties.


Properties

WACKER® AKF 300 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approx. 300 mm²/s.

The chemical structure of WACKER® AKF 300 imparts a spectrum of special properties, which distinguish it from organic materials, e.g. mineral oils.



WACKER® AKF 300 is used as release agents in electrophotographic equipment, such as copiers, laserprinters etc.

Storage

The "Best use before end" date of each batch is shown on the product label. Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
