SILRES® 604
Flaked silicone resin with good compatibility with organic resins. SILRES® 604 is suited as a pure binder. SILRES® 604 is supplied as a solvent-free solid resin.
Properties
Is usable as a sole binder for high heat resistant powder coatings
Improves the heat resistance of powder coatings made with organic polymers.
Helps to improve the water resistance of powder coatings.
Increases the weather resistance of powder coatings.
Shows good compatibility with organic powder coating resins.

SILRES® 604 can be used for the following applications:
- base material for powder coatings
- heat resistant up to 650 °C
- white formulation up to 270 °C without obvious yellowing

Storage
Further information for storage: Store in a dry and cool place.
