How Does Our Selection Process Work?

1. Job application
Please only submit your application online. Included with your application, you should upload a detailed résumé, a cover letter and up-to-date copies of your diplomas (high school, German “Abitur,” etc.). Round out your application with additional documentation or certificates (attesting to your social involvement, etc.).

2. Initial meeting
We would like to get to know you in an online interview, where we can discuss your strengths and the details of the trainee program. We’ll also be happy to answer any questions you may have.

3. Interview process
During the interview at our Burghausen site, you will have an opportunity to demonstrate your soft skills and problem-solving abilities to us.
Regardless of the outcome, you will receive personal feedback afterwards.

4. Contract
You did it! You were able to win us over and will receive an open-ended employment contract.

5. Preboarding and onboarding
We will assist you in your search for housing and will make all of the necessary preparations for you to join us as a trainee.
You will be able to start beginning in October 2024 and will receive your personal “starter set” during your first week. This will help you build your network successfully, for instance, as well as strengthen your own personal and professional skills.
