WACKER® AP 200

WACKER® AP 200 Siliconöl ist ein klares, farbloses und geruchfreies Polydimethylsiloxan mit einem hohen Gehalt an Phenyl-Gruppen.


Properties

 

  • Wärmeübertragungsmedium

 

  • Druckübertragungsmedium

 

  • Dielektrikum für Kondensatoren und Transformatoren

 

  • Grundöl für wärmebeständige Schmierstoffe

Der Temperatureinsatzbereich von WACKER® AP 200 liegt in der Praxis von ca. -35 °C bis ca. +200 °C.

 

Voraussetzung dabei ist, dass das Öl in chemisch reiner Umgebung temperaturbelastet wird.


Bereits Spuren von Säuren, Alkalien, Mineralölen, metallorganischen Verbindungen, Metallsalzen oder Metalloxiden können die Lebensdauer zum Teil erheblich beeinträchtigen.


Durch Temperaturbelastung kann sich der Flammpunkt des Siliconöls ändern.

 

Wir empfehlen daher insbesondere bei offenen Anlagen, den Flammpunkt von Zeit zu Zeit nachzumessen, je nach Betriebsbedingungen, zumindest einmal pro Jahr.

 

Storage

Das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum der jeweiligen Charge ist auf dem Produktetikett angegeben.

 

Eine Lagerung über den auf dem Produktetikett angegebenen Zeitraum hinaus bedeutet nicht notwendigerweise, dass die Ware unbrauchbar ist.

 

Eine Überprüfung der für den jeweiligen Einsatzzweck erforderlichen Eigenschaftswerte ist jedoch in diesem Falle aus Gründen der Qualitätssicherung unerlässlich.
