ADVALON® CI 30 BR

ADVALON® CI 30 BR is a nonionic microemulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It is a fabric softener designed especially for cotton and polyester to impart a good hand together with a substantial intensification of dark color shades.


Properties

ADVALON® CI 30 BR gives a pleasant, supple hand to polyester and cotton fabrics. Most importantly, ADVALON® CI 30 BR significantly deepens the color of disperse dyed polyester and cotton without promoting the thermomigration of the dyes. Therefore it enables deeper color shades and noticeable savings of dyestuff.

ADVALON® CI 30 BR is recommended for application on polyester and cotton under common conditions. It can be used on its own or together with organic fabric softeners and other finishing agents. The individual compatibility should be tested on a case-by-case basis.

Processing:
For optimum finishing results ADVALON® CI 30 BR should be applied by padding at bath concentrations around 30 g/L. Liquor pickup 70 – 80 %. The silicone finish will cure quickly upon heat drying of the fabric. Stenter curing at 120 °C is recommended.

Storage

The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label. Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
