PULPSIL® 613 E
PULPSIL® 613 E is a low viscous and highly effective silicone antifoam emulsion, especially designed for the use in pulp mills.
Properties

- free of organic emulsifiers
- easy processing
In general we recommend stirring the emulsion before use (approx. 3 minutes with a propeller stirrer at 200 – 400 rpm). But
be cautious: too high shear can break the emulsion.
The emulsion should be added undiluted, as it is already sufficiently dispersed by its emulsion form.
It is particularly recommended to use PULPSIL® 613 E for pulp washing (i. a. Kemi washer process) due to its excellent
drainage properties.
The risk of "deposits" is particularly low when using PULPSIL® 613 E due to its very fine particle size distribution and stable emulsifier system, which increases the quality of the produced pulp.
During dilution other additives can be added to boost the formulation, if needed.
Storage
Store in a dry place between 15°C and 25°C and protect against direct sunlight.
Minimum short-time temperature allowed during storage and transportation: 0°C
Maximum short-time temperature allowed during storage and transportation: 40°C
The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label. Storage beyond the date specified on the
label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the
intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
